Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the facility using CCTV systems and physical checkpoints
- Conduct regular surveillance rounds to identify suspicious activity or security breaches
- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills
- Enforce security policies by inspecting personnel, vehicles, and packages as needed
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or investigations
- Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance records accurately
- Implement loss prevention strategies by observing and deterring theft or vandalism
Requirements
- Proven experience in security, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
- Certification in first aid and CPR to provide immediate assistance during emergencies
- Strong knowledge of CCTV operation, surveillance techniques, and conflict management protocols
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure
