Trinity School, a co-educational, K-12 institution located on the Upper West of Manhattan, seeks an Assistant Director of Admissions, Grades K-4 starting July 1, 2026. This individual will assist and support the Director’s work in all aspects of the admissions process for grades K-4.

Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 (salary based upon experience)
Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Admissions, K-4 in the admissions process for grades K-4.
- Conduct Kindergarten parent interviews.
- Assist with interviews for grades 1-4.
- Assist with child testing and school tours as needed.
- Conduct child observations at preschools when necessary.
- Organize and assist with in-house play sessions (weekends).
- Manage the applicant survey process. Send out survey, track and analyze results, and prepare reports.
- Assist the Director of Admissions with statistical reporting.
- Serve as a member of the Admissions Committee.
- Recruit and train parent volunteers for seasonal support at events.
- Support volunteer parent tour guides; assist the Director and parent coordinator with the program.
- Assist in the organization and management of all admissions events and meetings and attend the same.
- Represent Trinity at school fairs and other events, both live and virtual (occasionally on weekends).
- Review and update the Lower School admissions information on the Trinity website.
- Assist with general clerical and other duties, as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in education or admissions is desired.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Discreet, professional, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility and willingness to help in all areas.
- Proficiency in technology and software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
