Entry Level Sales Representative (Appointment Setting)

- Monday – Friday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: Off
- Work is performed in assigned canvassing territories
Compensation & Earnings:
This role includes guaranteed base pay plus commission, rewarding consistency and performance.
Weekly Pay Structure
- $500 guaranteed base pay per week
Commission Structure (Weekly)
- Appointments 1–4: No commission
- Appointments 5–9: $100 per appointment
- Once 10 appointments are reached:
- ALL appointments (including the first 4) are paid at $150 each
- Continues through appointment #14
- Once 15 appointments are reached:
- ALL appointments are paid at $200 each
- Any additional appointments that week are also paid at $200 each
Top-performing Canvassing Representatives can earn $120,000 per year.

Position Overview:
We are hiring a full-time Canvassing Representative to join our growing field team. This is a door-to-door canvassing role focused on appointment setting, not closing sales.
You will canvass company-provided residential territories, speak with homeowners, and set appointments for professional roofing inspections. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in canvassing, door-to-door sales, appointment setting, or field sales, or for motivated individuals looking to break into sales.
Paid Training Program (2 Weeks):
All training is paid and designed to set you up for long-term success. During training, you will learn:
- Roofing basics and roof anatomy
- How to canvass neighborhoods effectively
- Proven door-to-door sales techniques
- How to handle objections at the door
- Professional communication with homeowners
- Territory management and time optimization
No roofing experience required — we train you from the ground up.
