Entry-Level Appointment Setter — Up to $3,275 /Week $3,000 in 90-Day Bonuses
Tired of being stuck inside all day for low pay? At Trinity Roofing, our appointment setters work outdoors, stay active, and earn performance-based pay — with no experience required.
This is not a closing sales role. Your job is simply to talk with homeowners and set appointments for our roofing specialists. We train you from the ground up.
Weekly Pay & Bonus Structure
This role combines base pay with uncapped, performance-based commission.
Base Pay
- $250 base pay in any week you set 5 or more appointments
Commission (per week)
- Appointments 1–2: $150 each
- Appointments 3–9: $100 each
- Reach 10 appointments: every appointment that week is paid $150 (10 = $1,500)
- Reach 15 appointments: every appointment that week is paid $175 (15 = $2,625), and every appointment beyond 15 also pays $175
Sold-Job Bonus
- $150 for every appointment you set that turns into a signed job — we reward quality appointments, not just volume
First-90-Days Bonus (up to $3,000)
- $500 at week 2
- $750 at day 30
- $750 at day 60
- $1,000 at day 90
Plus
- Year-end vacation bonus
- Weekly team competitions and performance bonuses
What you can earn: A 10-appointment week is about $1,750 and a 15-appointment week is about $2,875 — before sold-job and milestone bonuses. The more quality appointments you set, the more every appointment that week is worth. Our top performers who consistently set 15 appointments a week are our highest earners.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: Off
- Work is performed in assigned canvassing territories
