Located just outside of Lumberton, NC in a peaceful residential area, our beautiful 72-bed facility offers a supportive and patient-focused environment. Our campus includes 52 skilled nursing beds and 20 assisted living beds, along with 10 private short-term rehab rooms designed for comfort and recovery.
Our state-of-the-art rehab gym provides everything you need to deliver exceptional patient care, including:
- Spacious treatment area
- Two treatment mat tables
- Parallel bars
- Nautilus equipment
- Nustep
- Fully equipped ADL kitchen
- Full bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub
