Physical Therapy Assistant-Asheville, NC

Trinity Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Asheville, NC. This position is based in a five-star skilled nursing facility with an exceptional staff and a highly supportive client team.

The Physical Therapist Assistant works under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve patients’ mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

• Carry out treatment plans as established by the supervising Physical Therapist
  
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team
  
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and patient responses
  
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative team environment

Graduate from an accredited physical therapist assistants’ program with an Associate’s degree approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. Licensed or Certified by the state in which the Physical Therapist Assistant resides or practices according to state requirements.
