Trinity Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Asheville, NC. This position is based in a five-star skilled nursing facility with an exceptional staff and a highly supportive client team.

• Carry out treatment plans as established by the supervising Occupational Therapist
  
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team
  
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and patient responses
