Role Description
This is a full-time, Hybrid Licensed Real Estate Agent role located in North Brunswick, New Jersey. In this role, the agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting real properties, provide expert guidance throughout the transaction process, and drive new business opportunities through proactive lead generation. Responsibilities also include maintaining a deep understanding of real estate market trends, delivering superior customer service, and fostering long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid NJ Real Estate License
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
- Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service
- Proficiency in market research, property valuation, and transaction coordination
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the local North Brunswick real estate market is a plus but not a must
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- High school diploma or GED required; advanced education in real estate or business is a plus
