- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality cleaning, specifically in a housekeeping role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, floor care, and specialty cleaning.
- Must have reliable transportation.
