Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage landscaping crews to ensure timely and quality completion of projects
- Coordinate construction projects, including site preparation, planting, and hardscape installation
- Oversee landscape maintenance tasks such as lawn care, pruning, fertilization, and pest control
- Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper care and placement
- Manage irrigation systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repairs to optimize water efficiency
- Lead team management efforts by assigning tasks, providing training, and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all landscaping activities and maintain compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscaping, landscape maintenance, or horticulture with a focus on supervising teams
- Strong knowledge of plant identification, tree care, lawn care, gardening techniques, and irrigation management
- Construction experience related to outdoor projects is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage crew members effectively
