Trinity Pediatric Services is a growing pediatric private practice in Gardendale, Alabama, seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. This position will begin on a part-time basis; however, due to current client demand, the successful candidate may build a full-time caseload quickly if desired.

Responsibilities
- Provide individualized speech-language evaluations and treatment to pediatric clients.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans based on each child’s needs.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support carryover across daily environments.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Communicate with other professionals involved in the child’s care when appropriate.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with state and national requirements.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Alabama Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
- Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- A genuine interest in providing individualized, family-centered pediatric care.

Schedule
