Trinity Nuclear Management Group, Inc. — A small business providing nuclear staffing, project controls, and Engineering services to the DOE/NNSA complex — is hiring three (3) System Engineers to support system acceptance and startup activities at a major NNSA construction project in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
These positions are contingent on contract award (anticipated August 2026). Period of performance is approximately 11 months, with potential extension. Work is performed on-site in Oak Ridge and partially off-site.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support system engineering during facility startup and commissioning — equipment calibration, testing, and inspection support; technical reviews; and coordination with startup and test organizations. On-site in Oak Ridge with partial off-site work.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- U.S. citizenship (required — no exceptions; permanent legal residents do not qualify)
- 2 years of experience on the UPF project in an engineering-related role preferred
- 5 years overall experience in engineering or construction
- Ability to obtain site access and complete required site training
- Active DOE clearance or current Y-12 site badge a plus, but not required — please note clearance/badge status in your resume
