Location: Remote or Dallas–Fort Worth preferred
Position: Part-Time
Stakelbeck Tonight, the nightly news and analysis show hosted by Erick Stakelbeck on TBN, is seeking a highly creative, fast-moving Social Media Content Creator to help expand the show’s reach across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy news environment, understands the intersection of faith and current events, and can translate daily broadcasts into compelling, shareable content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create short-form video content (Reels for IG, X & Facebook, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) from daily show segments, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Develop graphics, headlines, thumbnails, and captions optimized for engagement and platform-specific trends.
- Work closely with the show’s producer to identify key moments, themes, and messages to amplify across social platforms.
- Manage posting schedules and assist in channel growth strategies for Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Track analytics to refine content performance and recommend adjustments.
- Stay current on news, geopolitical events (especially the Middle East), and faith-based cultural conversations to ensure relevance and timeliness.
- Uphold TBN’s mission and brand voice in all messaging.
- Proven experience creating social media content for news, media, or high-volume digital platforms.
- Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.).
- Ability to write sharp, attention-grabbing headlines and captions.
- Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics.
- Ability to work quickly and independently under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with faith-based audiences and conservative media preferred.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Portfolio or samples of past relevant work required.
- A storyteller who can recognize strong moments from interviews and reports.
- Someone who can turn heavy or complex news topics into clear, compelling digital content.
- A creator who cares about accuracy, excellence, and the mission of reaching millions with truth and clarity.
- A team player who communicates well and embraces feedback.
