Trinity Management, LLC seeks an experienced Maintenance Superintendent. At Trinity Management, LLC, we pride ourselves in providing exceptional, customer-focused property-management services. We manage a mixed-income, mixed-use portfolio of vibrant housing communities.
Our Maintenance Superintendents provide mechanical maintenance, janitorial and grounds care for the site to ensure a safe and sanitary environment and the best living standards possible for our residents. Responsibilities of the Maintenance Superintendent include preparing vacant apartments for re-rental, the scheduled cleaning of common areas, providing seasonal grounds maintenance, maintaining an inventory of equipment and supplies, repairing or replacing in unit appliances, and overseeing the Maintenance Technicians.
A successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of maintenance and repairs and a background in property management. The physical demands of this position include frequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds.
Specific logistical details include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Ability to work nights and weekends
· 40 hours per week
· 15 days Paid Time Off
