Leasing Specialist

Compensation: $25 - $27/hr

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for residents, prospective residents, and visitors while providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the property management office.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, excels at multitasking, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist residents, applicants, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system

• Respond to resident and prospect inquiries in a timely and courteous manner

• Assist with leasing activities, including scheduling tours and supporting the application process

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

• Maintain organized office files and resident records

• Collect rent payments and process related documentation

• Assist with resident communications, notices, and general correspondence

• Provide administrative support to the Property Manager and onsite team

• Support resident retention efforts by delivering excellent customer service

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

• Previous customer service, leasing, administrative, or property management experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment

• Experience with Yardi is a plus, but not required

• Positive attitude and commitment to serving residents and the community
