Role Description
The Assistant Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in New Bedford, MA. This role involves assisting in the day-to-day operations of residential properties by supporting property management tasks such as handling tenant communications, coordinating maintenance requests, ensuring timely rent collection, and maintaining compliance with housing regulations. Additionally, the Assistant Property Manager will play an integral role in tenant screenings, lease administration, and property marketing by collaborating with the property management team to ensure resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
