Auditor will approve move ins and recertifications as well as stay up to date on compliance with rules and regulations. Requires travel for auditing. Mentor teammate(s) and provide support as needed. Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Ability to conduct mentorship to peers
- Ability to lead projects assigned
- Ability to train new hires in company compliance standards
- No direct reports
- Review and approve new move-in files, Review and approve recertification files
- Maintain Compliance Department filing
- Create and/or maintain department spreadsheets
- Create and/or modify existing forms as needed
- Assist in process development to make department more streamlined and efficient
- Attend annual Compliance training
- Back-up Phone answering, taking messages and direct calls as needed
- Assist with various projects as necessary (i.e. annual reporting, compliance calls/meetings)
- Provide guidance to team auditors as needed
- Display leadership capability in key responsibilities
- Project management oversite
- Capable of supporting the Compliance Manager as needed

- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years’ related experience required
- Administration or clerical experience preferred
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to travel per business needs
- Must have a reliable means of transportation, possess a valid Arizona Drivers license, and a clean driving record with personal auto insurance.
