- Design and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across subjects such as literacy, math, science, social studies, and physical education.

- Utilize diverse teaching strategies and learning technologies to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques.
- Assess student progress regularly using formative and summative assessments, including standardized testing, to tailor instruction accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support students with special needs or those requiring early intervention.
- Mentor students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives and build confidence.
- Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; additional certification in elementary education preferred.
- Classroom experience with children of early childhood age groups; private school experience is advantageous is preferred.
- Commitment to Christian values and education
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, literacy education, math instruction, and classroom management techniques.
- Familiarity with learning technology tools and digital resources used for teaching young learners.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, staff, and community partners.
- Ability to implement behavior management strategies that foster a positive learning environment.
Pay: $44,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
