Join Our Team as an Assistant Infant Teacher!

Are you a compassionate and dedicated educator who loves working with children? Do you want to make a difference in a supportive, faith-based environment? Trinity Lutheran Early Childhood Center is looking for a passionate Assistant Teacher to join our team, Monday through Friday.

At Trinity, we don't just provide childcare—we nurture and educate children to prepare them for a life on Earth and in Heaven. We are seeking a candidate who can help us deliver high-quality, Christian care and education, while also supporting and ministering to parents in our congregation and community.

What You'll Do:

• Assist the lead teacher in managing the classroom and implementing daily activities.
• Treat every child with dignity and respect, fostering a positive and loving environment.
• Help with general housekeeping tasks to keep our space clean and welcoming.
• Maintain accurate records and follow all state licensing guidelines.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in training to grow your skills and knowledge.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 18 years of age. Previous classroom experience is a plus!
• Someone who understands and supports Trinity's mission and purpose.
• A candidate who can lift at least 30 pounds and get up and down from the floor to keep up with our energetic students.
• Willingness to complete a mandatory background and fingerprint test.
• All necessary training as required by state licensing (LARA).

Pay: $13.26 - $19.17 per hour
