Qualifications:
- Active Christian faith and commitment to Christian values.
- Prior teaching or childcare experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to follow lesson plans and adapt as needed.
- Flexibility and reliability in filling short-term and occasional assignments.
- Must comply with all school policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Implement daily lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher.
- Maintain an orderly, respectful classroom environment.
- Engage students in learning activities and support their academic progress.
- Address student behavior in accordance with school policies.
- Ensure safety and supervision of students at all times.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and, when appropriate, parents.
- Complete any required documentation or reports.
