Responsibilities

- Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques to create a safe and respectful environment.
- Support children’s emotional and social development through individualized attention and nurturing interactions.
- Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to ensure each child's needs are met holistically.
- Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support children with additional needs or developmental delays.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices.
- Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management across preschool or daycare settings.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods, special education approaches, and early intervention programs.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and team members.
- Ability to work with children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers, demonstrating patience and empathy.
- Proficiency in managing classroom behavior while fostering a positive learning environment.
- Knowledge of standardized testing procedures, literacy education techniques, and teaching physical education activities.
