- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history are required.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- Ability to remain standing / walking a minimum of 90% of the scheduled workday.
- Ability to lift 60 pounds and greater.
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs.
- Understanding of general mechanical skills such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and the operation of hand tools and power tools, preferred.
- Ability to work in outside weather conditions to ensure outside maintenance is complete.
- Reliable transportation in inclement weather.
- Ability and willingness to work extended hours and off hours, as needed.
- Knowledgeable in safety regulations.
- Be OSHA certified or enroll in and pass the OSHA 10-hour courses and ServSafe Certification within 6 months of hire date.
