Product Manager - New Products and Strategy

This is a Hybrid position at our HQ in Waltham, MA, or NYC

Trinity Life Sciences is seeking a motivated and collaborative Product Manager to join our team, focused on Trinity’s Generative AI (GenAI) product development.

Trinity’s Product Strategy group is focused on creating transformative products that address our life sciences clients’ most challenging problems in the commercialization of novel therapeutics. We work side-by-side with business leaders, engineers, and designers to build and optimize technology products for the biopharmaceutical and medical device space. In doing so we tap into Trinity’s deep knowledge of the industry, built through client relationships across the advisory, insights, and analytics aspects of the organization’s business.

This Product Manager will focus on working cross-functionally to apply GenAI to shape and build scalable life sciences software with the potential to transform multiple areas of Trinity’s business, working on the forefront of one of the most dynamic and disruptive areas of recent technological progress. This individual will partner closely with and receive mentorship from Product Strategy leaders in their work.

Position Responsibilities

Work collaboratively and iteratively with business leaders, Engineering, Data Science, and Design to design, validate, build, and launch new products/features that add value to users

• Ask the right questions to inform discovery/innovation and help determine if/how GenAI products can be applied to new categories of users
• Dive into customer use cases and feedback to help prioritize development that is conceptually aligned with strategy and user needs
• Reliably and accurately translate business needs into detailed product requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Support roadmap, release, and sprint planning to align the sequencing of product feature builds with business needs
• Track metrics/ratings around the user experience and engagement/adoption, pulling out ideas for new processes and/or new features
• Support the training and education of internal and client users on product features and releases
  
  

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Work Experience:

• 3 years of experience in product management, consulting, banking, or another business / technical role
• Ideal qualifications include previous experience with business process mapping, user experience design, agile software development, or software quality assurance

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $125,000 - $155,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
