Position Summary: The Manager, Forecasting role is an integral member of the Commercial Analytics group, working closely with forecasting project managers and leadership team members. We are looking for a driven, committed, and energetic individual who will be responsible for helping design, build, and deliver forecast models to clients and internal leadership. The Manager is also responsible for effectively communicating with all project team members including project managers on all matters related to project assignments. In this position, the Manager is expected to multitask across multiple projects and project types concurrently while maintaining a high degree of quality and accuracy.
Position Responsibilities:
▪ Implement forecast model builds and execute forecasting activities
▪ Work within Trinity’s proprietary forecast platform environment to create customized forecast platforms for clients
▪ Assist with forecast model design
▪ Work on integrating various data and assumptions sources to inform forecast models
▪ Develop client-ready forecast presentations and supporting materials independently and clearly present findings
▪ Work directly with clients, exercising sound business judgment, proactively following up on tasks as needed and managing tasks through to completion
▪ Work as an embedded part of client teams to execute forecasting tasks
▪ Serve as client point of contact for certain engagements
▪ Assist senior staff in providing support to clients when applicable
▪ Work closely with other functional experts at Trinity including market research, data solutions, statistics, etc.
▪ Establish timelines for internal and external deliverables related to a project workstream
▪ Communicate internally to keep all team members in the loop with project status
▪ Assist in creating and implementing quality control best practices
▪ Support strategic and operational initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
Education: BS or MS in quantitative, business, or other related fields
Work Experience: 2-4 years of work experience in life sciences forecasting. Experience/familiarity with life sciences data and analytics is preferred
Other Skills:
▪ Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills and attention to detail
▪ Proficient with MS Excel (knowledge of VBA is preferred)
▪ Superb internal and external communications skills (verbal and written)
▪ Self-motivation, initiative, and innovation
▪ Strong, service-oriented work ethic and willingness to go above the call of duty
▪ Internal leadership and mentorship
▪ Strong team player with experience working in project-team environments
▪ Ability to multi-task on multiple project types effectively in a fast-paced environment

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,000-$140,000.
In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
