Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $XXX In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.

- Serve as a key liaison with client and procurement leadership, enabling Partners to focus on relationship-building and delivering exceptional client service.
- Contracting Strategy & Execution

- Negotiation Leadership
- Provide guidance to Partners & senior leadership on strategic preparation and execution support to ensure successful outcomes
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Governance & Compliance
- Continuous Improvement
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in strategic client engagement, procurement, or contract management within a tech or professional services environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- Proven track record negotiating MSAs and complex commercial agreements.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and enterprise sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Practical application of leading negotiation strategies, especially within professional services.
- Strong executive presence with proven success engaging C-level stakeholders in negotiations.
- Familiarity with the life sciences industry is beneficial, though not required.
