Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
- Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Ensure the health and safety of all children in your care
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young children, such as nannying, babysitting, or caregiving
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education practices
- Strong classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with parents, colleagues, and children
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young learners
Note: A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred but not required.- FL State Mandated 45 hours-CDA , FCCPC, or National-Adult and Infant /Child CPR
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
