Job Description
Trinity Lawn & Landscape, Inc. is hiring a reliable and motivated Landscape Construction Foreman to manage and execute landscape installation projects for our lanscape install division. If you have experience as a landscape foreman, crew lead, or team leader in landscaping, this is a great opportunity to grow with a professional and fast-paced company. You will be required to report to Lincolnton, GA for this job and then will drive a company truck from the shop.
Responsibilities
- Arrive before the crew to prepare landscape trucks, trailers, and equipment.
- Review job schedules, assign tasks to crew members, and manage time efficiently.
- Lead the crew on landscape installation, including planting, sod, grading, mulch, and hardscape prep.
- Conduct property walkthroughs and document work with before and after photos.
- Ensure proper tool use, site cleanup, and crew accountability.
- Perform hands-on work while monitoring crew performance and job quality.
- Accurately track man-hours, complete job reports, and submit documentation daily.
Qualifications
- 4 years in landscaping, with at least 2 year in a crew leader, foreman, or supervisory role.
- Grading experience using mini skid steers and zip level/rotary laser
- Knowledge of landscape construction, planting, sod installation, irrigation, mulching, and use of landscape tools and machinery.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Experience with mobile apps or tablets for job tracking is a plus.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)
- 7:AM start time (based on seasonal demand and job location)
