PRN Home Infusion Registered Nurse (1099)
Trinity Infusion, LLC | Statewide Delaware | $60/hour
Trinity Infusion is a Delaware home infusion nursing agency. We staff skilled RNs for in-home IV therapy: antibiotics, IVIG, biologics, hydration, TPN, iron, and related infusions. We are looking for independent contractor RNs who want control over their schedule and the chance to build their own reputation in the home-infusion space—not another W-2 shift job.
This is 1099 contractor work at $60/hour. You decide which visits you take. You build your own hours. Reliable contractors who show up, document well, and treat patients like people get more work.
What you’ll do
• Travel to patient homes throughout Delaware (New Castle, Kent, and Sussex)
• Place and maintain peripheral IVs; manage PICC, midline, and central lines
• Administer infusion therapies per pharmacy and physician orders
• Educate patients and families on pumps, side effects, and when to call
• Complete timely documentation and communicate with pharmacy and our clinical lead
• Participate in on-call coverage only as you agree to it
Requirements
• Active, unrestricted Delaware RN license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (you will drive between homes statewide)
• Strong peripheral IV skills (ultrasound-guided IV experience is a plus; support available)
• Home infusion, home health, ED, ICU, or oncology experience preferred
• Comfort working independently in the home
• Willing to obtain your own professional liability (malpractice) insurance — typically inexpensive for this work
• Able to work as a 1099 independent contractor (you handle your own taxes)
