What You'll Do:
Lead, mentor, and develop staff through effective onboarding, training, coaching, and growth opportunities, while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team cross-trained across multiple functional areas
Oversee inventory control, shipping and receiving, and materials management operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and service continuity
Maintain the accuracy of the perpetual inventory system through cycle counts, physical inventory events, and consistent process oversight
Promote a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing organizational standards, supporting safe work practices, and ensuring adherence to applicable regulations
Manage departmental expenses by identifying cost-saving opportunities, supporting budget planning, monitoring spending and variances, and implementing corrective actions as needed
Drive achievement of departmental objectives by organizing workflows, monitoring operational performance, and improving process effectiveness
Establish clear performance expectations, goals, and deadlines that align with organizational priorities and support overall business objectives
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, Supply Chain Management, or other related discipline, plus a minimum of 3 years related management/supervisory experience
- Experience with Tracking Budget Expenses, Supervision, Quality Management, Safety Management, Delegation, Performance Management, Organization, Foster Teamwork, Self-Development, Giving Feedback
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams)
Adaptability for learning multiple software programs relative to Trinity (TAS, RX, Qlik, TrinONE, and more)
