Position Summary
- The Executive Director is responsible for housing operations, property oversight, and resident
stability.
- This role functions primarily as the landlord and operational leader of Trinity House.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance, inspections, and preventative care of all properties.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
- Ensure resident communication and documentation standards.
- Monitor operating budget and control property-related costs.
- Provide monthly operational reports to the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management, facilities management, or housing operations.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Budget oversight experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a governing board.
- Commitment to nonprofit mission and resident dignity.
Structure & Support
- Grant writing and specialized services may be contracted initially.
- The Board will provide governance support and clear authority guidelines.
Compensation
- Salary range commensurate with experience and local market standards.
- Position based in Rockford, Illinois.
