Trinity Home Care Agency is seeking a dependable, professional, and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Independent Contractor (1099). This position is responsible for conducting client admissions, supervisory visits, caregiver skills validations, and other nursing oversight duties within our service area.
We are looking for a nurse who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, communicates effectively, and understands the importance of timely assessments and accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
- Complete initial client assessments and admissions within 24-72 hours of referral
- Conduct routine supervisory visits with clients and caregivers every 90 days
- Perform caregiver skills check-offs and competency evaluations for new hires
- Review client care plans and make recommendations as appropriate
- Identify and report concerns, changes in condition, or safety issues
- Complete and submit documentation accurately and on time
- Communicate professionally with office staff, clients, caregivers, and families
- Assist with caregiver education and training as needed
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum one (1) year nursing experience required
- Home care experience preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
