Administrative Assistant & Attendance Officer
Trinity High School and St. Joseph Jr.High School, diocesan Catholic schools sharing a campus in Manchester, NH, are seeking a personable and dynamic individual to be our next administrative assistant and attendance officer. Interested applicants should be highly motivated people who can bring high levels of enthusiasm, people skills and organization to the role. A qualified candidate must be comfortable upholding the Catholic mission of the school.
The primary responsibilities of this individual are serving as the main office “receptionist” for the school answering phone calls and welcoming visitors into the building. In addition, he/she is responsible for ordering general supplies for the faculty as well as the administration. As the Attendance Officer, this individual is accountable to record daily and period student attendance as well as verifying students’ absences.
Other responsibilities include assisting with beginning of year reporting, creation of end of year event programs ie graduation, academic awards night, baccalaureate, collection of daily mail, attending to visitors and deliveries, programming bell schedules, managing the schools’ events schedules in FACTS, assigning lockers, and other administrative tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate is a strong multi-tasker with a friendly, caring approach and excellent customer service.
