About the role
Trinity Healthcare Resources (THR) builds software that helps health systems and standalone facilities secure accurate Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements, match millions of patient records across states, and generate analytics that drive healthier financial outcomes. You'll lead critical pieces of our .NET platform and ship features that directly improve financial outcomes and operational accuracy for our providers.
What you'll do
- Own critical services. Design, build, and scale .NET (C#) web APIs and background processors that power our reimbursement and patient matching workflows.
- Ship end-to-end features. Implement seamless user-facing experiences in Vue 3 and TypeScript, leveraging PrimeVue components.
- Engineer for performance. Design and optimize databases for both OLTP (PostgreSQL/EF Core) and OLAP (ClickHouse) workloads; tune queries, indexes, and partitioning.
- Automate data pipelines. Collaborate with Rust ETL engineers to move, transform, and validate healthcare data.
- Champion code quality. Drive code-review standards, documentation, and CI checks that keep our monorepo healthy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with product, data, and domain experts to translate complex healthcare problems into iterative software solutions.
- Backend development (70%), Frontend development (30%)
Our tech stack
- Backend: .NET 9, C# 13, ASP.NET Core, EF Core
- Frontend: Vue 3, TypeScript (strict), PrimeVue
- Data: ClickHouse, PostgreSQL
What we're looking for
Required:
- 2 Years experience building production systems in C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core
- Proficiency with TypeScript and modern Javascript frameworks.
- Experience delivering end-to-end features: design > implementation > tests > observability > iteration
- Communicate crisply and prefer clear, low-ego collaboration.
Preferred:
- Prior work with ClickHouse, large-scale analytics, and/or columnar database experience.
- Exposure to Rust for ETL/data transformation.
- Healthcare industry/ RCM domain knowledge.

Salary : $120,000 - $180,000
