- JOB SUMMARY
- Evaluate patients, develop plan of care and provide treatment within the guidelines of physician referrals, participate in efficient, cost-effective planning and operation of the Physical Therapy Department.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Education
- Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy, or equivalent.
- Training and Experience
- Two (2) years experience in Physical Therapy practice preferred, but new graduates are acceptable.
- BLS provider or obtain within 3 months of hire.
- Health and Background Requirements
- Employment contingent upon successful completion of:

- Must be physically able to perform all job duties as assigned.
