Maintenance Technician – Saint Mary Home (Part of Trinity Health Senior Communities)

What You’ll Do
- Handle basic repairs like fixing doors, lights, and plumbing.
- Help keep heating, cooling, and other building systems running smoothly.
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and residents.
- Support room setups and furniture moves.
- Work with outside vendors when needed.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Some experience with building maintenance or repairs (2 years preferred).
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to lift, climb, and work in different conditions.
