Role Description
This is a full-time (32 hour) on-site role for a Surgical Scheduler located in the Springfield, Massachusetts Metropolitan Area. The Surgical Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling surgical and coordinating procedures, communicating with medical staff and patients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring proper patient care throughout the scheduling process.
