Position Purpose
At Saint Francis Hospital, Staffing / Scheduling Coordinator will be performing a wide range of clerical and administrative duties specific to the needs of Nursing Managers.

Position Purpose
At Saint Francis Hospital, Staffing / Scheduling Coordinator will be performing a wide range of clerical and administrative duties specific to the needs of Nursing Managers.
What You Will Do
- Develops and posts schedules while assisting with the staffing of the Nursing Department.
- Maintains accurate timekeeping records and assists with payroll responsibilities in Kronos.
- Ensures accurate licensure information for temporary staff (travelers and pool RN's) in all assigned departments
- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Business school or Associate Degree in Business preferred.
- Certification: Certification as a Healthcare Unit Coordinator (HUC) preferred.
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
- Experience in hospital scheduling or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
- Per Diem, may have to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
