What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduling Coordinator position at Trinity Health Of New England?
Position Purpose:
- Develops and posts schedules while assisting with the staffing of the Nursing Department.
- Maintains accurate timekeeping records and assists with payroll responsibilities in Kronos.
- Ensures accurate licensure information for temporary staff (travelers and pool RN's) in all assigned departments.
- Must have a High School Diploma.
- Must have clerical/administrative experience. Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
- Must have hospital scheduling or equivalent experience.
- Must be computer literate. Word processing experience is preferred.
- Full-Time 40 Hours - Day Shift
