About The Role
The Clinical Case Supervisor is a Social Worker who oversees and manages a team, ensuring exceptional care and compliance with insurance and quality performance standards. This role includes intake coordination, case assignments, and maintaining a small caseload while fostering collaboration with program leadership and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise Clinical Case Coordinators, clinicians, and interns.
- Conduct intakes, assign clinical teams, and ensure timely family engagement.
- Provide weekly supervision and clinical guidance to staff.
- Maintain 24-hour on-call status for assigned Clinical Case Coordinators for crisis situations.
- Monitor compliance with insurance and program performance standards.
- Drive community satisfaction through quality service and proactive communication.
- Support team development, training compliance, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain clinical productivity (average of 22 hours/week).
- Master’s degree in a human services field.
- MA License (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT).
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with children and families.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of family systems therapy, sensory integration, educational advocacy, and evidence-based treatment strategies.
- Marketing and networking experience.
- Bilingual abilities.
