Position Summary
Center of Hope, part of Saint Francis, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to support continued primary care expansion and access initiatives across the Delaware market.
Full-service Family Medicine Center providing primary care to a medically underserved population in the Newark area, with a strong focus on the Latino community. The practice emphasizes cultural component care, supported by a bilingual care team committed to delivering inclusive, patient-centered services.
Practice Highlights

All our facilities are accredited as primary stroke centers and chest pain centers and have earned disease-specific accreditation for their Heart Failure programs from The Joint Commission. Their stroke and heart failure programs consistently earn accolades from the American Heart/Stroke Association. Many of our cancer programs are accredited by the Commission on Cancer, and breast programs are accredited by the NAPBC, as well as being designated as Breast Cancer Imaging Centers of Excellence. In addition to traditional modality radiology accreditations by the American College of Radiology several of our hospitals are designated Lung Cancer Screening Centers of Excellence.

- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Emphasize preventive care and population health management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives
- Full-time schedule (36 patient-facing hours)
