St. Mary Physicians Group, a member of Trinity Health, Mid-Atlantic, is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Cardiology Langhorne team!
Practice Highlights:

Position Requirements:
A: Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Current and valid license to practice medicine in the State of Pennsylvania.
- Possess current, unrestricted federal and Pennsylvania permits to prescribe medications, including controlled substances.
B: Education:
- Hold a degree as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner from an accredited institution
Role Responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive care for patients across the lifespan
· Diagnose acute and chronic conditions
· Emphasize preventive care and population health management
· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
· Maintain timely and accurate documentation
· Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives
Schedule & Call:
Full-Time
5-day work week, one weekend a month hospital rounding.
