As a critical access hospital, it plays a vital role in meeting the healthcare needs of Oceana County and the surrounding rural communities.
As part of the Trinity Health Michigan system, the hospital offers a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient services, including advanced imaging, surgical services, primary care, and more. It is also home to a 24‑hour Level IV Trauma Emergency Center, providing immediate care and stabilization for patients in urgent need.

What You’ll Do
As a Registered Nurse ( RN ), you will:
- Deliver holistic, patient-centered care by assessing health data, creating individualized care plans, and evaluating outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, personalized care.
- Support all aspects of the patient experience, making a meaningful impact on every patient’s journey.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current Michigan RN license.
- BLS, certification required.
- Commitment to Trinity Health’s mission, vision, and values.
- Familiarity with hospital and department policies and procedures, including accepted methods for requisitioning ancillary services and working with medical staff. (Typically acquired during 1–3 months of orientation.)
- Maintain current nursing knowledge, BLS certification, and required CEUs for licensure.
- Demonstrate and articulate commitment to the philosophy, values, mission, and vision of Trinity Health Muskegon.
