- Ability to read, write and speak the English language effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- One year of medical office experience preferred with understanding of medical and insurance terms.
- Able to type 50 wpm, error free.
- Register patients for multiple hospital services.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
- Count and balance cash funds and write appropriate an accurate receipt.
