Our Home Health Agency is located in Broward County and West Palm Beach, is seeking experienced field RN’s & LPN'S with previous Home Health experience to provide care for our Home Health Patients. Multiple cases available throughout Broward County and West Palm Beach.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school
- Active, Clear Florida RN / LPN License
- AHCA Background Check
- Ability & willingness to work flexible schedule, such as weekdays, weekends, visits and overnight shift
Duties, included but limited to:
- Conducts in home patient visits, wound care and nursing procedures under Plan of Care and meets agency standards and policies.
- Maintain open communication with Case manager regarding changes in patient status.
- Document observations and treatments in accordance to agency policy and procedures
