Our Home Health Agency is located in Broward County and West Palm Beach, is seeking experienced field LPN'S with previous Home Health experience to provide care for our Home Health Patients. Multiple cases available throughout Broward County and West Palm Beach.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school
- Ventilator Experience
- Trach Experience
- G-tube feeding
- Active, Clear Florida LPN License
- AHCA Background Check
- Ability & willingness to work flexible schedule, such as weekdays, weekends, visits and overnight shift
Duties, included but limited to:
- Conducts in home patient visits, wound care and nursing procedures under Plan of Care and meets agency standards and policies.
- Maintain open communication with Case manager regarding changes in patient status.
- Document observations and treatments in accordance to agency policy and procedures
