Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ functional status and physical therapy needs in their homes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide direct physical therapy services in accordance with the physician’s plan of care.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises and therapy techniques.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Maryland
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- At least one year of clinical experience (home care experience preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Pay Range $38.81-$62.09 per hour (based on years of experience, skillset, education, etc.)
