We are an established union concrete subcontractor based in Chesterfield, Missouri, looking for a skilled, dependable leader with at least 10 years of concrete flatwork experience. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise residential concrete flatwork crews.
- Coordinate daily jobsite activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to quality standards.
- Oversee concrete preparation, forming, pouring, finishing, and related work.
- Maintain a productive, organized, and safe jobsite.
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members.
- Ensure projects meet company expectations for quality and workmanship.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of concrete flatwork experience, including lead journeyman or foreman experience in union or non-union environments.
- Strong knowledge of residential concrete flatwork installation and finishing techniques.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a crew effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and punctuality.
- Professional attitude and strong customer service and communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
