What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barn Assistant position at Trinity Farms?
Overview: We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our farm as a Barn Assistant.
**At this time we are seeking someone for WEEKDAY MORNINGS and 2 afternoon shifts, but can be flexible based on your interest**
*MUST HAVE HORSE EXPERIENCE*
Responsibilities:
- Feeding Horses
- Turn horses out from pasture/bring in from pasture
- (AM ONLY) Clean stalls
- (AM ONLY) Sweep/leaf blow aisles
- General tidying up around the farm
- Operate/drive gator
Shift Times:
MORNING: 7:30AM-12:30 PM - $70/shift
AFTERNOON: 3PM-5PM - $40/shift
Requirements:
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks
- Must be able to handle well-behaved horses on the ground
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
