Epic Application Analyst – Pharmacist | Tulsa, OK
We are seeking an Application Analyst – Pharmacist to support the design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing maintenance of assigned clinical applications. This role requires a strong clinical pharmacy background combined with an interest in healthcare technology and system optimization. The analyst will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate clinical workflows into effective system configurations that support safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
This position plays a key role in supporting system implementation, future-state workflow design, end-user support, and ongoing application enhancements. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working at the intersection of pharmacy practice and health information technology.
Must Have
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Active Pharmacist licensure through the applicable state Board of Pharmacy.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Epic certification in assigned application module(s).
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with clinical and technical systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to evaluate clinical and technical workflows.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to travel for training and support as required.

- Participate in application design sessions and workflow analysis within assigned areas.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to evaluate and document workflow needs.
- Translate clinical workflows into system design and configuration requirements.
- Build, test, validate, and maintain assigned application components.
- Participate in Epic testing cycles and document results accurately.
- Support end users during system go-lives and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot system issues and assist in identifying enhancements or optimization opportunities.
- Maintain system documentation to ensure long-term support and system integrity.
- Review and test system updates and new builds prior to production release.
- Provide on-call or scheduled support to end users as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leadership on system improvements and workflow optimization.
