LPN Senior Mobile Phlebotomy Supervisor-Direct Hire position
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $25–$30/hour shift differential & holiday pay

As an LPN Senior Mobile Phlebotomy Supervisor, you will lead and support a mobile blood collection team while actively participating in the donation process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment, values teamwork, and is motivated by meaningful, life-saving work.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Flexible schedule required; shifts may range from 4:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- Weekends and some holidays required (no on-call responsibilities)
- Travel required for mobile blood drives and training (compensated)
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay: $25–$30/hour
- Shift differential and holiday pay
- Company-paid CDL training (must obtain within 6–12 months of hire)
- Paid travel for training and assignments
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and supervision for mobile blood collection operations
- Work alongside team members to perform phlebotomy, take vital signs, and assess donor eligibility
- Ensure a safe, efficient, and positive donation experience for all donors
- Motivate and engage team members to meet collection, quality, and customer service goals
- Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and operational efficiency
- Maintain compliance with all safety, regulatory, and organizational standards
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to obtain CDL within 6–12 months (company paid)
- CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to lead with professionalism, resolve conflict, and work under pressure
- Energetic, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset

At least two years of leadership and phlebotomy experience
* Draw blood for tests, transfusions, donations, or research. May explain the procedure to patients and assist in the recovery of patients with adverse reactions.
* Dispose of blood or other biohazard fluids or tissue, in accordance with applicable laws, standards, or policies.
* Draw blood from capillaries by dermal puncture, such as heel or finger stick methods.
* Process blood or other fluid samples for further analysis by other medical professionals.
* Collect fluid or tissue samples, using appropriate collection procedures.
* Train other medical personnel in phlebotomy or laboratory techniques.
* Perform saline flushes or dispense anticoagulant drugs, such as Heparin, through intravenous (IV) lines, in accordance with licensing restrictions and under the direction of a medical doctor.
* Serve refreshments to donors to ensure absorption of sugar into their systems.
* Monitor blood or plasma donors during and after procedures to ensure health, safety, and comfort.
* Draw blood from arteries, using arterial collection techniques.
